8.4 Third-Party Trade Marks. References to third-party brand names, payment services or sports organisations (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, PSL or ICC) on this Platform are for identification and contextual purposes only. cb778 claims no ownership of those marks and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those third parties.

9.1 "As Is" Basis. The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, cb778 expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy.

If such a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable governing jurisdiction.

15.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable under Applicable Law, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and cb778 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
